Refund policy

I offer a 7 day full refund for return policy (excluding any custom or personalized orders). If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it.

However – please be aware that I cannot accept returns of custom orders (this includes rings).

Return the item in original condition, and I will refund the full price on receiving it back (excluding custom orders and rings in accordance with the information below).

RING SIZE:
*****Please make sure that your ring size given is accurate. Most jewelers will size your finger for free. Please do not guess! I may be able to resize your ring, for a $25 fee, plus postage. Avoid this problem by making sure your ring size given is correct. I do not accept refunds/exchanges/returns on custom stamped rings. I have to recycle this silver at a loss. There are on-line guides to find your size, but they are not always accurate. I do not recommend using them.***
