Shipping policy

All pieces, unless explicitly stated otherwise, ship from San Diego, CA in 1 to 3 days. If there is any reason for a unexpected delay in processing your order, I will let you know immediately. As such, estimated delivery time to you is:
4-6 business day in the U.S.
7-10 business days in Canada
Other Countries- I can give you an estimate based on the method of delivery you choose.

Upon check out, you choose which class of postage you desire:
USPS First Class Package, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Priority Mail Express.

The rates and estimated delivery times are provided for your information.
Although I will do my best to inquire about any delays in delivery, I can not be held responsible for unexpected delays in the USPS system. If your item never arrives, please contact me and we will work out a solution based on the situation. However, please be aware that I don’t consider a package ‘lost’ in the mail until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping, and we will not replace an item sooner than this.

I do not accept responsibility for any customs issues, costs, or refusals. If you are concerned about your country’s customs laws or costs, please investigate before purchase. If a package comes back to me from customs in the original condition, I will refund your money.

All items are packed in tissue paper inside a cardboard box with my brand sticker and raffia bow. I then place the box in a bubble mailer for additional protection.
